Gábor Vattay

Gábor Vattay is a professor, Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and head of the Department of Complex Systems Physics at Eötvös Loránd University. He is the co-author of a highly cited book completed in 2005 on mathematical methods for describing classical and quantum dynamics. Coordinator of more than ten participating Hungarian nodes of the EU FP5/6/7 consortium. In 2011, during his guest professorship in the US, he began his research on quantum computers. He is the author of a granted and a filed patent in the field. It has 158 scientific papers and a total of 2577 citations.
