He has extensive knowledge of quantitative financial modeling, model control, model risk, banking regulations, especially  stress testing and operational controls. He was responsible for designing, implementing and testing business automation solutions tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients. Before Morgan Stanley Zoltan worked in various IT management roles at IBM.

Zoltan's main research interest is Artificial General Intelligence, especially natural language models such as ChatGPT. This technology is a game-changer that is already making significant impacts in the business world, but there are a number of unresolved challenges and application risks related to the robustness of operation, explainability, resistance to adversarial attacks and exploitation, secured federated learning, and value alignment, which are in the focus of intensive academic and industry research.
