As both Managing Director in Research and Head of the Budapest Office at MSCI, Rozalia, or Rozi, is a transformational leader. She is leading the Financial Engineering Research team, responsible for validating MSCI's Analytics product content. In her role, she has led the transformation of the organisation to be a dynamic contributor to innovation and a growth path for top-talent researchers. As Office Head, Rozi has helped make the Budapest office an influential hub of innovation with initiatives such as the creation of the Budapest Climate Risk Center.
Rozi has been with MSCI for over 10 years and was previously leading teams in the Technology and Product organisations. She holds a masters degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics and started her career as a Credit Risk Modeler at K&H Bank.
Rozi is a mentor in several mentorship programs and inspires and supports young women to pursue their career aspirations. She is also mother to three small children and an avid runner with multiple completed half-marathon and marathon races around the world.
